Design of Timber Connections
Connections are always a crucial part of structural design, due to their contribution not only to structural design but also to the safety level. The present talk will deal with the design of connections in the future Eurocode 5, especially with the calculation of the capacity of the timber member to obtain the brittle capacity of the connection.
