V okviru 303. doktorskega seminarja Grajeno okolje bo imel(-a) Milivoje Rogač, Univerza v Črni gori, Fakulteta za gradbeništvo predavanje z naslovom:

SERVICEABILITY LIMIT STATE OF INCREMENTALLY LAUNCHED STEEL BRIDGE I-GIRDERS.

Bridge girders are subjected to repeated patch loading during incremental launching. Plastic deformations are likely to occur in the girder already at the first patch loading. They influence the girder’s structural response and bring about a decrease in the ultimate resistance at subsequent patch loadings. This problem is analysed through the serviceability limit state (SLS) of incrementally launched bridge I-girders (ILBGs). The SLS of ILBGs is a current problem since only a few studies, with contrasting conclusions and certain limitations, have been recognised in the literature. Research is limited on plate girders without longitudinal stiffeners made of structural steel. Flat slide-type launching shoes are considered.

Milivoje Rogač is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FoCE), University of Montenegro (UoM) in the area of Constructional Mechanics and Theory of Structures. His scientific interests are ultimate and serviceability resistances of patch-loaded thin-walled girders.
Currently he is:
• Head of the Study Program Civil Engineering at the FoCE UoM,
• President of the Commission for Doctoral Studies at the FoCE UoM,
• Member of the Committee for Doctoral Studies at the UoM.
In the period from 2017 to 2019 he was:
• Vice Dean for Education at the FoCE UoM.
• Head of the Laboratory for testing construction materials and structures at the FoCE UoM.
• President of the Commission for Master Studies at the FoCE UoM.

Predstavitev bo v četrtek, 5. 9. 2024, ob 13.00 v Predavalnici J-III/4.

Vljudno vabljeni.
