From 18 – 21 June 2014 University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (UL FGG) was hosting foreign professors from Seoul (South Korea) during their visit to Slovenia: prof. dr. Esook Yoon (Kwangwoon University), prof. dr. Tae Joon Lah (Yonsei University), prof. dr. Kyungjun Yun (Hansung University), prof. dr Yoonjik Cho (Yonsei University) with the professional interest in environmental governance and public policy issues. Their goal was to meet different professionals – academics, researchers, policy makers, non-profit organizations, and other environmental and spatial planning experts in Ljubljana and Slovenia. As a consequence of their visit, the UL FGG used the opportunity to organize a round table / symposium on Thursday 19th June 2014 with the study visits of Ljubljana, Postojna and Bled within implementation of the 7th FP projects TURAS (www.turas-cities.eu) and PLEEC (www.pleecproject.eu) and during European Energy Sustainable Week in June 2014.
